Wavelength has been a client since 2013, and the range of marketing, sales and event collateral we produce for them is as wide as the range of programmes they offer.

Wavelength is one of the UK’s top leadership development companies, training C-Suite executives (CEO, CFO, COO, CTO) from corporates, charities and the public sector in a unique way through a series of programmes.

As a relatively young, rapid growth company, Wavelength found that its communications were in danger of losing direction in style and tone of voice.

Mineral Creative met individually with the three founders to get under the skin of the company, before running a day-long Strategic Workshop to bring together that insight and form the creative direction for the brief.

It was clear that producing as many different assets every year as Wavelength does, a strong visual identity would be required, along with strict content and quality control. A creative direction was agreed for the central Wavelength Brochure which would provide an overview of its services. The other brochures for each individual programme would then feed off this core visual theme.

Wavelength continues to go from strength to strength, and its clients, which include John Lewis, Sainsburys, BBC, Bupa, Santander, Waitrose, RBS and Pret a Manger, regularly compliment them on their creative.

Wavelength Brochure

The Wavelength Brochure was our main opportunity to establish a strong visual identity for the brand. We deliberately steered clear of stock images showing meetings and conferences, preferring to dig deep into Wavelength’s extensive image library for great shots and a representative cover image of the Bengal Delta.

The layout was created to allow colour-coding, so that each strand of the business could have its own colour but under a unified visual theme.

Our copywriting introduced a fresh tone of voice and ensured consistency across all assets. We work hand in hand with the founders on every piece of copy to maintain the quality and consistency.

Connect...and beyond

The flagship Connect programme has trained over 600 senior executives from some of the best known companies in the world.

Each year we write, design and produce the Connect Sales Brochure for the Sales Team, along with the event materials that are sent to attending Members and the handouts they receive throughout the year. Our role is to ensure brand consistency from year to year but also to make sure everything feels fresh, easy to understand and exciting.
