AKW Medi-Care wanted to find a way its sales team could incentivise merchants and showroom staff on an ad-hoc basis.
Mineral devised a ‘Golden Ticket’ strategy. Each ticket could be torn from a book of numbered tickets and filled in by the sales rep with the recipient’s name and an agreed discount on their next purchase. The scheme was a great success with both the sales reps and the buyers, adding a touch of excitement to every trade visit and a genuine incentive.
