For Community Fibre’s first large scale digital and social campaign, the creative brief was to focus on the pain points of bad broadband and how the reliability, speed and value of 100% full fibre broadband provides the perfect solution.
We ran with two campaigns – ‘Suffering from Buffering?’ and ‘Tired of Bad Broadband’ – which brought to life the everyday experience of dealing with poor quality, slow or intermittent broadband. Through a number of executions across Facebook, organic social and digital display ads, the before / after benefits of Community Fibre’s ‘Better internet for everyone’ promise was brought to life.
